Advice or opinion that amounts to advice is not allowed. "Consider [.....] " or "Perhaps you could weigh up [....]" are not statements of advice. "If I were you, I would do [...]" is considered to be advice.

Persons, users and posts seeking advice will be deleted without notice. 

This site cannot give 5000 words defining the boundary between 'opinion and advice'. Posts and users will be deleted without notice for giving advice.
